Program Funding
Funding is provided by the Merced College Office of Instruction Innovation Grant.
Total Funding
- $25,000
- $1000 per faculty member per course (20 stipends)
- Stipends are distributed in installments upon successful completion of required activities
- $150 per ZTC/OER committee member (5 stipends)
- Committee members assist in reviewing applications and scoring them utilizing a rubric
- $2,125 per grant administrator to develop all materials, including application, rubrics, online training and assignments, surveys, and other documentation; establish the selection committee; and meet and consult with selected participants
Future Funding
While initial funding is limited, the grant administrators hope to secure more funds to expand the program.
