In this session, Faculty Librarians Joey Merritt and Lindsay Davis will share details about the new ZTC / OER Faculty Incentive Program. This program will help you eliminate required course material costs and better engage your students while allowing you to exercise academic freedom and creativity. Program participants will receive a stipend and online training and support from library faculty who understand Zero Textbook Cost Materials (ZTC), including library-licensed materials, Open Access (OA) articles and books, and Open Educational Resources (OER). There are also stipend opportunities for faculty who are already using ZTC materials as replacements for commercial resources and are willing to mentor others. Applications open August 11, 2022!
