Frequently Asked Questions

Requesting Materials from Other Libraries

If there is a book or an article that the library does not own or have access to through the databases, we can ask another library to send us the book or the article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Textbooks are excluded from ILL services.

Los Baños

After-Hours

  • Get help after hours, weekends, holidays, and other non-instructional days through the library chat.
  • The chat is staffed by librarians outside of Merced College when MCCD librarians are not available
