ADAPT Mini-Fest

LibreTexts held a virtual ADAPT workshop on December 9, 2022 from 9-3 PST. The following are the workshop recordings.

ADAPT & Canvas

ADAPT is not yet configured in our instance of Canvas.

If you would like to have the integration with Canvas, we need to talk with Jon Stocker.

The mathematicians may also want integration as they have previously looked at another HW platform. They are using OER books, but the issue is the homework. The new ZTC grant from the state is focused on helping campuses with implementing ZTC programs--degrees and certificates. For degrees, there is an understanding that this would involve general education, so this may be an avenue to bring math on board. The grant funding can be used for professional development and technical assistance.

The new ZTC Task Force will be coming up with a plan for what to do with the funding.

Information for Canvas administrator
Linking a campus Canvas instance to ADAPT via Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) is an automatic process, but requires some activity from the Canvas Administrator (and hence approval from the respective campus).
How do I set my LibreTexts ADAPT course to communicate with Canvas?
Set your LibreTexts ADAPT course, so that it can communicate with your Canvas course's gradebook.
How do I connect LibreTexts ADAPT to my course gradebook?
Scores from the ADAPT assignments will transfer to the Canvas gradebook.
