You'll occasionally find a book or an article that the Merced College Library does not own or have access to through the databases.
We can ask another library to send us the book or the article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). We will always try to get it for free, but the lending library might charge to make a copy of the article or to mail the book. Depending on the lending library, charges can range anywhere from $5 - $25. Textbooks are excluded from ILL services.
