  • Consider trying different combinations of words in your search: 
    • cuisine, food, food culture, diet, etc.
    • international, global, specific countries, regions, etc.

To search for books and eBooks in OneSearch:

  • Run your search for a topic using keywords
  • Narrow your search results to books
    • Go to the Resource Type limiter on the left
    • Click on
      • Book Chapters
      • Books
    • Click the Apply Filters button
  • Results are from both print books and eBooks
    • To narrow to print books
      • Go to the Availability Limiter on the left
      • Select Held by Library
      • click the Apply Filters button
    • To narrow to eBooks
      • Go to the Availability Limiter on the left
      • Select Available Online
      • click the Apply Filters button

EBSCO's new user interface went into effect on September 1, 2024, so it will take some time to develop brand-new tutorial videos. In the meantime, the team at EBSCO has several webpages with how-to information for EBSCO eBooks.
